Please be aware that any alterations or cancellations to your order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may be unable to accommodate your request as the order will likely have entered the processing phase. Should you successfully cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take utmost care in packaging our products to prevent damage during transit. We classify an item as damaged if it exhibits a defect or if the product itself is physically broken. However, damage to packaging that occurs during shipping, such as dented boxes with the product inside in good condition, is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@youkive.com and attaching a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through regular use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we endeavor to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held liable for any delays beyond our control, including those attributable to the courier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances during shipping. Should you encounter any issues with your delivery, please reach out to the courier directly for assistance. We bear no responsibility for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping information at checkout. Failure to provide the correct shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order may result in the forfeiture of resend or refund options.
